My mission is to empower and inspire women to find their personal life balance, to develop themselves further than they ever thought they could go, and to form and foster meaningful connections. I want everyone to learn to cultivate and maintain mental and social wellness so they can overcome insecurities, overwhelming stress, and chronic loneliness.

I am passionate about helping people to heal, grow, and connect! With over 20 years in the mental health field, including 10+ in private practice, and formal training in ministry, psychology and counseling, I've helped a lot of people heal. Now I want to focus attention on helping people to find balance
I'm Jolene, a Well-Being Strategist!
I am passionate about helping people to heal, grow, and connect! With over 20 years in the mental health field, including 10+ in private practice, and formal training in ministry, psychology and counseling, I've helped a lot of people heal. Now I want to focus attention on helping people to find balance, grow personally and connect well in fun and affordable ways.
My approach blends positive psychology, CBT and DBT skills, and life coaching strategies, all which consider the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of individuals presented in mostly group education formats. I provide a non-judgmental space, education and tools to help change your thoughts and behaviors.
I will not be engaging in psychotherapy with you and will be happy to provide you with referrals if this is something you desire.

I believe all humans need to have a better understanding of themselves, learn soft skills and coping strategies to maximize their mental health, and have a safe space to practice interacting with others. So I am offering a fun and relaxed group setting for women to learn and grow through educational discussion, engaging and thought provoking activities, and the opportunity for accountability regarding their desired action steps. This is not psychotherapy, this is well-being development through a combination of education and well-being strategizing/life coaching with a social twist.
